5.1)External sun-shading system

◆ The main function of this system is to shade the sun and cool down in summer, so that the sunlight diffuses into the greenhouse, to ensure that crops are not burned by strong light. As a result of blocking the entry of a large number of light, the accumulation of heat in the greenhouse is effectively reduced.
◆ Anti-ultraviolet, anti-hail, reduce the damage to the top of greenhouse
◆ According to the different crops planted, the curtain with different shading rate is selected to meet the sunshine demand of different crops.
◆ Shading and cooling: Closing curtain can effectively reflect part of the sunlight in summer, which can make the temperature of greenhouse drop by 4-6 C.
5.2) Inner sun-shading system

◆ Fog and Drop Prevention: When the inner shading system is closed, two separate spaces are formed at top and bottom of the greenhouse, which can effectively prevent the formation of fog and dew in the greenhouse.
◆ Energy-saving and heat preservation: In winter and at night, it can effectively prevent heat spillover from greenhouse through radiation or heat exchange, so as to reduce energy consumption and operation cost of greenhouse.
◆ Water conservation: can reduce the evaporation of indoor crops and soil moisture, effectively maintain air humidity, reduce irrigation water
◆ Composite thermal insulation wall, internal wall thermal insulation and external wall heating, easy to form a good microclimate in the shed

5.3) Cooling System

◆ Cooling system is based on the principle that moisture and heat in air are transformed into latent heat when water evaporates. Wet curtain is installed on one side wall or side wall of closed greenhouse, and fan is installed on the other side wall or side wall. When fan exhausts, negative pressure is generated in the room, which forces the unsaturated outdoor air flow to pass through the porous wet surface of wet curtain, a large amount of humid heat in the air is transformed into latent heat, thus realizing the cooling of air.
5.4) Heating System

◆ The greenhouse uses hot water circulating heating system. Hot water heating uses hot water circulating at 60 - 85 C to exchange heat with air. The main equipment is heat source (geothermal well or boiler) and radiator in greenhouse.
◆ Greenhouse mainly uses low temperature hot water heating, the temperature of heat carrier water is not high, easy to operate, suitable for greenhouse heating_radiator layout has a great impact on the greenhouse temperature uniformity, design must be combined with the greenhouse air flow situation to consider carefully layout.
◆ Boiler heater heating, air conditioning heating and other modes can be selected according to the need.
